Miami VIN Verification provides mobile VIN verification services for vehicles located within our service area. Services include physical inspection of a vehicle to verify required information for state forms and regulatory compliance.
We do not provide legal advice, title services, lien research, odometer verification, or any services outside the scope of VIN verification.

Important: If the vehicle is inaccessible, unsafe, not present, or the VIN cannot be located or read, you may still be charged a trip fee.
All fees must be paid at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in denial of service and/or pursuit of collection efforts, for which you agree to pay all associated costs.
Trip fees, after-hours rates, or additional charges may apply depending on service area, travel distance, cancellations, or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within two hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee equal to the stated trip fee or 50% of the total service cost, whichever is greater, or forfeiture of deposit if one was required.
We verify and document the VIN to the best of our ability under state guidelines.
However, we do not guarantee that the Florida DMV, tax collector office, or any other agency will accept or approve your paperwork. Acceptance is solely at the discretion of the government agency.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You acknowledge that VIN verification is a visual inspection and does not constitute a mechanical inspection, title investigation, or fraud detection.

Clients may reschedule depending on availability. Additional fees may apply for last-minute rescheduling.
Our service area may include but is not limited to counties in South Florida.
We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our operating area or charge additional mileage fees.
All content provided by the Company—including wording, documents, images, branding, and materials—is owned by the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miami VIN Verification, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, fire, flood, road closures, severe weather, or government actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
